ON THE “MOO-VE” AGAIN
We move offices temporarily while we begin an expansion of our Yogurt Works production facility and a “green” office building at 10 Burton Drive in Londonderry, NH.
PARTNERS AND PAIRINGS—TEAMING UP WITH LIKE-MINDED FOLKS
We contribute to the University of New Hampshire’s plans for an organic dairy farm. When complete, the research, education, and outreach facility will be a first for a land-grant university in the country.
We team up with extreme skateboarder Bob Burnquist, a fan of organics and we enlist Dr. William Sears (considered “America’s Pediatrician”) to reach out to yogurt-loving parents and their kids.
NEW PRODUCTS, NEW FLAVORS
We give our littlest yogurt eaters even more health benefits with the launch of YoBaby Plus Fruit 'n Cereal with DHA; our fat-free yogurt is now offered in convenient six-packs, too; new flavors of ice cream, Javalanche and Cookies ‘n Dream, get rave reviews; we add Light Yogurts to our product line, the first with NO artificial sweeteners!
GET MOVING AND JUNK THE JUNK FOOD
More healthy vending machines, subsidized by Stonyfield, are installed in schools in Washington state, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, New York and Maryland, and we create Good2Go, a before-school nutrition and activity program to help kids start the day with exercise and a healthy breakfast.
PLANET HEATING UP, WE STEP UP OUR ACTIONS
CE’Yo Gary joins the first Virtual March on Washington to help stop global warming and invites others to march; we install solar panels to bring renewable energy to our production plant.
COVER BABIES
Through a contest, we invite parents to send us photos of their babies and toddlers for a chance to become the next “Cover Babies” on our YoBaby multipacks, and receive more than 12,000 entries; six are chosen as our official winners!
